Reunion with old teacher and alumni

It has been about 30 years since I left Mok-po where I was born and had lived until 11years old. After that I couldn’t keep in touch with many friends and missed them very much. I got nostalgic fever at that early age. Last year I called one of close friends to meet up during biz trip in Seoul. He said to me there is the alumni site on the net. I was happy to hear that I could get in touch with them again. I could meet several friends via e-mail. Before seeing them, I was much curious about how they were changed. They became parents whose children were alike thorough photos. Mr.Kim used to teach us first grade at elementary school in 1970. He still remembers his pupil name and parents even who did do that time at class. Tomorrow he will retire 42 years old teaching. I hope he is better. He said to us “I will invite you all to 70th birth day’ party.” In my life I never forget seeing them again.

St. Valentine Day

Daughter gave me some chocolates after school.
Come to think of it, St. Valentine day. Last night we went shopping in mart around town, she demanded me a lot to buy chocolate gift set but I said “No way this time” due to her growing weight. She likes sweetie confectionary too much, which is main reason she gets more weight. I do not know where to start losing weight without any conflicting. She bought a pack of candy and bar to give tutors in her private institution where she takes class in advance.

Lunar New Year Day with Family

We have spent time getting together and having food in 3 days on Lunar New Year day. As usual we have the kind of soups as first day’s breakfast which is made of rice cake and dumpling like Chinese dim sum.
I also tried dumpling soup by mother-in law at her house.

Let me introduce our main dish table.

There are 4 side dish on the table. We Korean enjoy Kim-Chi as main dish everyday.it is made of mainly red pepper and cabbage.Since birth we have never helped enjoying Kim-Chi due to it'taste of hot and sour.

Habor Bridge  

I am on vacation until Febuary 7th

It has been almost 15 year since I got to work at current local TV station. At first I did not make up mind , On first day I get to toghther to walk up Mt Deok yoo with a collesaue. it took 6 hours to go up and down, On going on It snowed heavily I could not see only 5 meter away on the mountain.
